If you are not satisfied with the answer
In accordance with articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, after a written complaint to HENRY'S CAR RENTAL that has not been resolved satisfactorily, consumers may refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator of the FNA (Médiateur auprès de la FNA). This step is optional.
